This mix was originally created by Jason when he was the general manager of a bar called, “Pour House” in Sacramento, CA. This was created to provide staff with a Bloody Mary that they would be able to serve straight out of the jar. Our customers enjoyed a top quality, consistent cocktail that they could be sure to get every time they visited us.
(The original would be considered our medium heat version)
Ingredients: Tomato Puree, Worcestershire (Distilled Vinegar, Molasses, Sea Salt, Sugar, Spices, Tamarind), Pickling Brine (Water, White Vinegar, Spices), Sriracha (Chili, Sugar, Salt, Garlic, Distilled Vinegar), Balsamic Vinegar, Dijon Mustard (Distilled Vinegar, #1 Grade Mustard Seed, Salt, White Wine, Citric Acid, Turmeric, Spices), Horseradish, Capers, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Spices.
